Role Overview
- Provide advice in consumer litigation matters related to product liability, consumer protection laws, and contract disputes
- Manage litigation aspects including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure compliance and minimize litigation risk
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting
- JD from an accredited US law school
- Active license to practice law in the state where you reside
