The Expert PM leads high‑visibility, multi‑tower customer engagements, managing scope, risk, budget, and operational readiness.
This role oversees cross-functional teams and serves as a senior customer-facing leader responsible for achieving contractual outcomes across print, device, and collaboration solutions.
Coordinate multi-functional, multivendor teams across print fleet management, device provisioning, analytics, collaboration room buildouts, and monitoring services.
Develop and manage program governance models, including steering committees, PMO structures, quality controls, DAIR logs, communication plans, and operational handover frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through strategic changes in their print, device, and collaboration environments.
Requirements
Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
7–10+ years of experience in project or program management, IT service transitions, or related technical fields.
PMI (PMP) required
ITIL (Foundation or higher)
ITSM certifications
PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications
