Define and drive the enterprise-wide data quality strategy and roadmap.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for QA across teams.
Help drive quality assurance in the build of new value-based tools and in data extraction & ingestion efforts.
Mentor and lead a matrixed team of engineers and testers (both manual and automated).
Advocate for quality throughout the organization with a shift-left mindset where applicable.
Oversee implementation and execution of ongoing Data Quality efforts in conjunction with external partners and CCNC staff.
Collaborate with vendors, practices, engineering leads, product managers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into every phase of development.
Lead initiatives to build or enhance automated testing frameworks.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA leadership role.
Proven experience designing and implementing QA strategies at an enterprise level.
Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies (unit, functional, integration, performance, UAT).
Experience with data testing and working with large data sets (SQL, ETL, data warehouses, etc.).
