Role Overview
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings.
- Ensure meaningful employment for individuals.
- Assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.
- Flex schedule preferred based on individual's needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Experience as a Job Coach or Direct Support Professional is preferred although we will train the right person!
