Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, workflows, and objectives
Conduct analyses of existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Support technology teams in translating business requirements into technical designs
Manage the delivery of small projects, including documenting tasks and providing status updates
Engage with key business stakeholders to identify testing and rollout strategies
Assist stakeholders with testing system changes
Create knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation
Project Management skills
Practical knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint; Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence; Power BI is desired but not required
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
