About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, workflows, and objectives
- Conduct analyses of existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Support technology teams in translating business requirements into technical designs
- Manage the delivery of small projects, including documenting tasks and providing status updates
- Engage with key business stakeholders to identify testing and rollout strategies
- Assist stakeholders with testing system changes
- Create knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation
- Project Management skills
- Practical knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint; Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence; Power BI is desired but not required
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
