Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated product management experience
- 3+ years of management roles (multiple direct reports)
- Experience in delivery of technology solutions in Healthcare industry
- Experience working with payer and/or provider organizations
- Exposure and understanding of government programs like Medicare and Medicaid
- Strategic thinking
- Detail oriented
- Experienced leading effectively both as a leader and a cross-functional peer
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain credibility and trust with clients
- Experience using product management wireframing, prototyping and AI tools
- Strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering
