Role Overview
- Provide consulting services to internal and external clients on advanced technical issues
- Conduct presentations and internal training
- Manage small to medium size projects independently
- Complete advanced technical research projects and present findings
- Draft and update legal retirement plan documents
- Conduct compliance audits and review employer level plan documents
Requirements
- 5 years of Ascensus experience or 7 years industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- CFP, CTFA, CFA, CEBS preferred
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office software applications
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior Consultant Level Completion
- Successfully demonstrate job responsibilities of Senior ERISA Analyst.
