Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

• manage the development of strategic plans, organizational assessments, workforce strategies, and transformation roadmaps
• conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including interviews, surveys, data assessments, and performance evaluations
• review and optimize client business processes
• develop change management plans
• build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders
• translate research, data, and insights into clear recommendations
• deliver high-quality client experiences
• collaborate with colleagues across Arcadis’ national and global networks
• contribute to thought leadership in strategy, organizational performance, and transformation
• lead proposal development, pursuit activities, and client development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, organizational improvement, operations, or related disciplines.
