About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of brightfin’s global IT environment
- Administer and optimize enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, AWS, Atlassian, JumpCloud, and NinjaOne
- Manage the configuration, availability, and performance of all SaaS and back‑end systems
- Support escalated issues across infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Manage Microsoft Entra identities, conditional access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and lifecycle processes
- Administer device management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal Information Security policies
- Administer cloud integrations, authentication flows, and resource management across AWS and major SaaS systems
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, AWS, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or equivalent enterprise technologies
- Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) preferred
- Experience with endpoint management, identity governance, security administration, and cloud operations
