Plan, manage and implement projects and development initiatives
Ensure performance across all areas required to deliver the scope of the initiatives
Closely coordinate business-related aspects, including change management (training, communication)
Act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train under the SAFe framework (Release Train Engineer
RTE)
Ensure the quality and performance of the train teams within a continuous delivery process
Understand business challenges and support individuals and teams to maximize value delivery
Fully utilize project management tools, methods, and techniques according to Agile principles
Facilitate periodic synchronization events and planning activities

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems, or equivalent
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in project contexts and systems development
At least four (4) years of project management experience is an asset
Experience as a leader on projects using Agile methodologies
Project management certifications (PMP, MGP, etc.) or SAFe/scale agility certifications are assets
Good knowledge of business domains related to the insurance sector
Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
Ability to work very autonomously in a highly complex environment
Ability to manage change and implementations
Experience in managing and implementing development platform initiatives (Platform Engineering) – an asset
