Role Overview
- Identify and analyze user and business needs
- Assist in prioritizing and organizing the product backlog
- Write and detail user stories and requirements
- Work closely with the technology team to oversee feature development
- Support discovery processes (research, interviews, testing)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields
- Solid experience with payroll/personnel administration processes, calculations, taxes and contributions, eSocial and DCTFWeb
- Previous payroll/personnel administration experience in large organizations
- Familiarity with major payroll vendors and market players
- Work experience at payroll software companies is a plus
