Role Overview
- Handling medium
- and high-complexity cases and strategic case portfolios;
- Drafting pleadings and submissions throughout the litigation process;
- Representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office);
- Attending hearings and delivering oral arguments;
- Providing advice on routine matters and on specific projects.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Advanced English is a plus;
- Experience in strategic litigation.
