Provide legal advice on labor and employment related litigation, laws, regulations, rules, and orders for the Company on a global basis.
Provide day-to-day advice to assist the Company in managing and mitigating labor and employment risks.
Serve as a subject matter expert for employment matters globally.
Partner closely with Human Resources and People Leaders to provide day-to-day legal guidance regarding the full employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring practices and onboarding issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate separation, severance, and release agreements.
Train managers and HR professionals on employment law topics and best practices.
Manage and oversee employment-related litigation, agency charges, audits, and investigations.
Conduct and/or oversee internal investigations and advise on appropriate remedial action.
Support merger and acquisition transactions.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
At least 8 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
Confident attorney with demonstrated experience managing a broad range of legal issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion
Strong track record of working effectively with senior Human Resources and operational leaders
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels within an organization
