Manage logistics suppliers and contracts, driving performance, resolving issues, and supporting tenders, negotiations, and audits.
Oversee fleet operations, ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing utilization, and guiding fleet expansion or redeployment decisions.
Control logistics costs and KPIs, analyzing budget variances and identifying improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Drive process improvement, compliance, and training, supporting TMS/SAP accuracy, safety standards, and continuous operational enhancement.
Requirements
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Logistics or Engineering.
Relevant work experience in Supply Chain or Distribution activities.
Strong supply chain knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate logistics partners, solve problems quickly, and work with SAP, TMS, CRM, and advanced Excel tools.
Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams while supporting personnel development.
Organized and results-driven, capable of managing multiple projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring safe, cost-effective product handling.
