Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop experienced advisors.
Maintain regular contact with referral sources, including advisors, centers of influence, and other community partners.
Actively oversee execution of onboarding plans for new advisors, in collaboration with the district team.
Conduct assessments to identify opportunities and help advisors improve performance and client engagement.
Deliver business results aligned with district and regional targets.
Requirements
University degree with at least five years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
Valid life and health insurance license in the province where your financial centre is located.
Valid group savings (collective savings) license.
Successful completion of the Branch Manager course exam and sufficient experience to register as a Branch Manager (group savings) with the applicable provincial securities commission.
In good standing with the applicable regulatory bodies.
Professional designation related to financial services is an asset.
