Lead 3D Artist – 12-Month Contract

Role Overview

• Train, manage and mentor the art team
• Provide hands-on support to team in asset creation and implementation
• Manage scope and provide detailed feedback for artist sub-disciplines
• Provide research and reference materials for visual development of assets

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience leading art teams, in a senior or lead capacity
• Ability to work in proprietary game engine
• Ability to create 3D production assets (Zbrush, Maya) and Substance materials (Painter, Designer)
• Effective communicator with an ability to work collaboratively cross-discipline, experience with Art Directors
