Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to shape and produce high-quality visual assets for online programs in higher education and business settings
Work with partner brand guidelines to ensure designs are consistent, polished, accessible, and aligned with institutional identities
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers to translate creative concepts into deliverables that support course and program goals
Manage multiple partner projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met in all designs (e.g., WCAG-aligned color/contrast, typography, and structure)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally with partner-facing projects
Working proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
Experience applying and adapting brand guidelines to a variety of deliverables
Portfolio showing your design range and process
Experience in digital/online learning or higher education is a plus, but we value strong foundational skills and enthusiasm for this space.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions
