As a Cloud Ops Administrator you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing the cloud instances of CBN STI solutions for our North American customers.
Manage and provide ongoing support to ensure they remain highly available, reliable, and secure.
Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure‑as‑code and automation pipelines to reduce manual operations and improve reliability and repeatability.
Monitor system and database instances performance, identify issues, and optimize performance.
Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and databases instances from unauthorized access and threats.
Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure services and instances are ready and available 24/7 and on demand.
Provide technical support for systems and instances in test and production environments.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system and database configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent additional relevant experience
4-7 years of system administration experience with at least 1 year of cloud operations experience or vice versa.
Knowledge of system administration, cloud computing (Azure), security best practices
Technical knowledge of: O/S: Linux, Windows Server, cloud instances
