Lead and mentor the Enterprise Systems team
Manage Salesforce platform ownership (Sales and Service Clouds)
Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices across configuration, automation, and governance
Drive platform modernization through Flow-first and Lightning-first design principles
Partner with the Enterprise Integration team to ensure seamless connectivity and scalable integration patterns
Maintain the Salesforce roadmap, reporting progress and platform health to leadership
Oversee vendor relationships, user access, and compliance in collaboration with IT Security
Deliver measurable improvements in adoption, performance, and automation maturity

At least 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce technical experience
A minimum of 2+ years leading Salesforce platform teams or major cross-cloud initiatives
Strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, automation, and security
Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are considered assets
