Responsible for the technical performance of projects and business development expansion of services at partner accounts
Identify, train, develop, coach, and mentor technical teams
Client relationship management and act as client liaison during service engagements
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain/grow client relationships
Identify additional opportunities to provide new and added services
Keep abreast of market and technology trends through industry groups
Participate in and lead technical sessions
Develop creative and innovative solutions to engineering challenges
Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering services
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent work experience in clean utilities engineering, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience)
4-6+ years of managing high-performing teams
4+ years business development, lead generation, or sales experience
A minimum of 10+ years of Project Engineer, Project Management, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience
Full-time on-site client presence
Willingness to travel up to 100% or as required
