Assist with preparing journal entries, perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness in compliance with GAAP.
Support end-to-end AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, collections, payables, 1099 and vendor management.
Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare close schedules and help drive timely and accurate reporting.
Support in tracking and categorizing expenses in alignment with budget forecasts and internal policies.
Help organize documentation for financial audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities.
Assist with special projects, system upgrades, and ad hoc reporting as required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of accounting experience spread across public accounting (Big 4) and private sector in a high-growth or startup environment
Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Brex a plus
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Eager to learn, take initiative, and work cross-functionally
