About this role
Role Overview
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
Own the creation and adoption of KPIs within the CS team
Analyze customer behavior and product usage to identify trends
Audit and maintain customer data across systems
Identify opportunities to automate data preparation using AI
Partner with Customer Success leadership to support customer experience
Equip Customer Success teams with actionable insights for Quarterly Business Reviews
Work with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to maintain a single source of truth
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in data analysis
Strong Excel skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau
Working knowledge of SQL or Python
Experience with or exposure to AI-driven analytics or reporting tools
Proven ability to turn raw data into clear insights
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to explain complex data
