Role Overview
- Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects
- Supports the annual sales planning process in collaboration with business planning efforts
- Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation
- Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting
- Supports sales compensation governance committee meetings and leadership communications
- Drives process automation and optimization
- Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Two years of managing a project preferred
- Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
