Define and execute the roadmap for WMS and 3PL integrations within ShipAccel
Lead prioritization and delivery of capabilities enabling distributed and multi-node fulfillment
Translate merchant and partner fulfillment needs into scalable product capabilities
Develop a strong understanding of merchant fulfillment workflows and operational challenges
Enable fulfillment capabilities that unlock mid-market and enterprise merchant growth
Collaborate across product, engineering, partnerships, and GTM teams to deliver integrations successfully
Serve as subject matter expert for fulfillment integrations and workflows

3+ years experience in SaaS product management, ideally in ecommerce, logistics, fulfillment, or operational software
Experience delivering integration-heavy or workflow-driven software products
Strong analytical, prioritization, and execution skills
Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
