Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems
- Daily activities include provider data service, supporting data compliance and directory alignment within QNXT
- Handle tickets and cases coming in from providers
- Proactively define, identify and recommend process enhancements or modifications
- Meet and support established departments productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
- Perform data compares and work with Large Data Sets
- Follow area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support
- Attend required department trainings to support learning
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Teams
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis
- Strong analytical skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions
