Lead efforts in identifying and capitalizing on early-stage industry trends
Drive the ideation process and evaluate emerging market opportunities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to assess ideas and trends
Develop strategic positions and business cases for action
Design, develop, and conduct pilot programs to validate innovative solutions
Present findings and recommendations to both internal and external audiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, marketing, or related fields or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
12 years of work experience in health care with specific experience in pharmacy from one or more of the areas of retail pharmacy, specialty, health plan pharmacy, PBM, wholesaler, and/or pharma
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Experience in innovation strategy, market analysis, and trend evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to disseminate complex material for a variety of audiences at all levels of enterprise and key external partners and clients
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
Experience with Lean Start-up methodologies and Fail Fast approaches
