Lead and manage the factory service team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement service protocols and maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Monitor service metrics and prepare reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Manage service budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within all service activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Respond to escalated service issues and provide expert guidance to the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory service management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and service operations.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience working in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
