About this role
Role Overview
- Managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Partner II
- Manage the branch lead tracker and branch database
- Take all incoming calls
- Schedule all loan officer appointments
- Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents
- Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
- Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage processing experience
- Encompass experience, required
- Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
