Lead large scale report development initiatives, coordinating efforts with business stakeholders, the Data Platform team, and the broader Analytics organization.
Conduct in depth business analyses and lead initiatives focused on driving growth, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to business segments.
Partner in cross functional projects to improve data quality, integrity, and readiness for use in analytics and visualization tools.
Maintain and refresh dashboards on a regular cadence, performing data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with business owners and IT partners to gather requirements and develop scalable, business aligned analytics solutions.
Establish clear, effective communication with end users to ensure requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Develop, test, document, and support analytics solutions that inform decisions impacting clinical outcomes, quality of care, patient safety, and financial performance.
Demonstrate continuous learning by proactively strengthening technical and analytical capabilities aligned with role requirements.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data warehousing technologies.
Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI preferred.
