Owns product strategy and delivery across multiple product areas or customer journeys, creating comprehensive product roadmaps that drive strategic objectives
Leads service design efforts across touchpoints, utilizing roadmaps to guide strategic decision making and product innovation aligned with user needs and business outcomes
Leads cross-functional teams in the development and execution of the business cases and roadmaps, engaging senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for goals, priorities, and execution plans
Establishes measurable objectives and monitors performance to guide iteration and success
Manages product scope and backlog across initiatives, balancing new development with on market product enhancements
Provides leadership and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and collaboration
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization
Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day
Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
6+ years of experience leading product initiatives
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation

Preferred Qualifications: MS in Lifesciences, business or related field, 8+ years of experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or market expansion initiatives
Experience working with cross-functional partners in regulated environments (including CLIA, FDA, CE, IVDR)
Experience supporting global teams and working effectively across regions, including navigating cultural nuances and market-specific considerations
Understanding of the complexities associated with entering and scaling in new markets
