Source candidates with established practices through community contacts and other referral sources.
Maintain regular contact with referral sources, including advisors, centers of influence, and other community partners.
Actively oversee the implementation of the onboarding plan for new advisors.
Collaborate with the advisor recruitment lead, the District Director (DD), and the Business Development Partner at recruitment events.
Help experienced advisors achieve the expected overall results.
Guide advisors and direct them to head office partners and resources that support their practice.
Requirements
University degree with at least five years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
Valid life and health insurance license in the province where your financial centre is located.
Valid group savings (collective savings) license.
Successful completion of the Branch Manager course exam and sufficient experience to register as a Branch Manager (group savings) with the applicable provincial securities commission.
In good standing with applicable regulatory bodies.
Professional designation related to financial services is an asset.
