Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Accounting and Financial Planning for audit projects
Lead and conduct operational, financial, compliance and governance-related audit and advisory projects
Contribute to development of the annual risk-based audit plan
Train and coach audit team members
Identify process improvements and best practices in the organization
Develop and deliver CSAE 3416 reports
Facilitate correspondence with external auditors
Document and update controls documentation
Plan and perform tests of controls and report on deficiencies
Develop value-add recommendations
Communicate audit and advisory results to stakeholders
Provide training and coaching to audit team members

CIA or CPA designation
Three or more years post-designation experience
Extensive auditing experience in internal audit or public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred)
Experience in developing, designing, analyzing and continuously improving reports and processes
Progressively responsible experience with CSAE 3416 reporting or ICOFR programs
Solid time management, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
Considerable knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of the Global Internal Audit Standards
