About this role

Oversee operations in multiple same-day care locations across Sacramento, Yolo and Solano counties
Manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the Medical Foundation/ Outpatient Clinics
Plans and organizes operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care
Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with standards, policies and regulations
Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices
Establishes and manages capital and operational budgets
Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving complex situations

Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
8 years recent relevant experience
2-3 years of progressive leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations
Ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, coaching/mentoring
Thorough understanding of operations and workflows
Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work/interact with a diverse population
