Partner with the Heads of Engineering and Technology to develop and refine the digital strategy
Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans
Monitor progress against key initiatives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Lead quarterly planning cycles and facilitate strategy review sessions
Own the digital portfolio, tracking investments, priorities, and resource allocation
Design and continuously improve operating rhythms, including team meetings, status updates, and decision-making forums
Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale
Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team performance
Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks
Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives
Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the Heads of Engineering and Technology
Provide executive coaching support, including preparation for high-stakes presentations and stakeholder engagements
Facilitate reflection and learning, helping to identify blind spots and growth opportunities
Support leadership development through feedback, frameworks, and strategic perspective
Act as sounding board for complex decisions and organizational challenges
Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership presentations
Represent in meetings and forums as needed
Manage internal communications to ensure team alignment and transparency
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Requirements
12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive results without direct authority
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Experience with technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
Technical fluency with ability to engage credibly with engineering and product teams.
Prior experience as Chief of Staff, strategic advisor, or executive business partner
MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
