About this role
Role Overview
Own the day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, and content.
Build and refine landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows within HubSpot to maximize conversion.
Launch multiple new experiments per sprint, testing offers, messaging, channels, and formats.
Help manage the production of practical, "shop-owner-first" tools, including short videos, case studies, benchmark reports, and educational guides.
Work closely with BDRs to assess lead quality, align campaigns to real-world objections, and tighten feedback loops.
Maintain visible dashboards (HubSpot) to track leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline lift.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Demand Gen, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
Expert-level HubSpot skills: Deep experience managing funnels and automated workflows.
B2B SaaS Experience: Proven history of hitting pipeline targets (SMB or Vertical SaaS experience is a major plus).
Channel Expertise: Solid experience in Meta, Google Ads, and CRM marketing.
