Drive the entire product industrialization lifecycle, from influencing early Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to managing end-of-life quality dispositions and continuous improvement.
Resolve high-impact, complex technical issues at supplier sites by coordinating cross-functional teams (Design, Reliability, and Test) to implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Determine the methods and procedures for new supplier programs, supervising supplier resources to ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and yield targets align with Form’s long-term scale.
Act as a project leader and mentor, holding domestic and international CMs accountable to rigorous industrialization timelines and world-class manufacturing standards.
Network with key stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with Form Energy’s technology roadmap, traveling (20%) to audit sites and verify process stability firsthand.

7–10+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of power conversion assemblies (e.g., inverters, transformers, DC/DC converters)
BS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Deep experience implementing PPAP, conducting SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) investigations, and managing supplier quality systems
Demonstrated mastery in developing design documentation (BOMs, drawing packages) and optimizing manufacturing/assembly processes for cost and scale
