Seven or more years of backend software engineering experience.
Proven experience leading technical projects at scale, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Experience maintaining and improving legacy systems.
Clear and persuasive communication skills — you can articulate tradeoffs and influence decisions across teams, communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
