Role Overview
- Lead video and audio onboarding consultations with members at the start of their journey.
- Deliver a welcoming, personalized introduction to the program to set each member up for success.
- Capture and synthesize the information shared to enable a smooth, high-quality transition to the treatment PT.
- Prepare clear handoff notes and collaborate with PTs to ensure continuity of care.
- Help members overcome initial barriers, building confidence and readiness to begin treatment immediately after the call.
- Contribute to team initiatives and cross-functional projects aligned with Sword’s strategic priorities.
Requirements
- You need to have DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy).
- Must be licensed physical therapist.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients members.
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach.
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours week.
- You’d need to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance .
