Requirements
A proven track record of scaling an agency practice or leading significant business expansion within a creative, design, or digital consultancy environment, including managing or contributing to a business or division in the $150M–$200M range.
MBA or master’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of previous digital agency experience and diverse, varied client experience (required).
Demonstrated success as a senior new business leader, ideally within an advertising, design, or digital transformation environment; start‑up or high‑growth organizational experience preferred.
Deep fluency across digital creative ecosystems — including connected brand experiences, integrated campaigns, multi‑platform storytelling, CX/UX, data‑driven creativity, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C‑suite decision‑makers and cross‑functional teams.
