About this role
Role Overview
- High-level customer-facing engineering support focused on Installation Support and Day 2 Service Assurance Support
- Design, configure and deploy LAN and WAN network connections
- Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot network performance issues
- Responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN solutions
- Strong understanding of internetworking design principles
- Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
- Experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE levels, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
