Security Clearance
A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.
At least 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., Spring, Guava) and a Bachelors in related field; 0 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Experience in designing enterprise APIs.
Experience in RESTful web services.
Experience in Microservices architecture.
Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms.
Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, Nexus, Maven).
Comfortable working on a linux command line.
Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting.
Problem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed.
Must be able to work on customer site in Fort Meade, MD 2-3 days per week with possible surge to 5 times a week. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
