Oversee a variety of complex, cross-functional workstreams to ensure operational and executional success of the TNT Sports streaming product
Shape programs that integrate multiple workstreams, vendors, and business areas
Ensure alignment with organizational priorities while anticipating and addressing risks
Create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, defining long-term solutions, and adapting strategy and execution plans as requirements evolve
Build strong cross-organizational partnerships and influence senior leaders to align roadmaps, priorities, and resources
Track progress, monitor risks, and manage dependencies, bottlenecks, and scope creep
Anticipate issues, provide escalation management, and make informed trade-offs to ensure timely delivery
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors
Advocate for change and demand a high standard across functions and processes
Provide regular read-outs to leadership on overall program status and updates

7–10 years of program management experience in technology-focused roles
Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and levels
Enthusiasm for sports and a desire to deliver exceptional fan experiences through technology.
