Maintain the Contract Compliance tools (ISN, Avetta, etc) for all US AND Canadian customer accounts by responding to questionnaires and uploading required documentation.
Coordinate with Environmental Health and Safety, Legal, Finance, Sales and other business partners as needed to request and obtain required compliance documentation and statistics.
Maintain a list of customers using these tools and advise leaders on trends.
Perform special ad hoc projects related to compliance, such as advising on contract language updates for these management tools.
Requirements
1+ years of experience supporting contracts administration.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work and proactively without supervision.
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
Ability to handle large workloads while maintaining high-quality output.
Proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Adobe.
