Lead technical discovery and pre‑sales: translate employer benefit objectives and constraints into clear solution architectures, integration plans, and implementation timelines for SoFi at Work programs.
Architect end‑to‑end integrations: eligibility file ingestion, SSO/OIDC/SAML, HRIS/payroll connections, webhooks and REST APIs, and recordkeeper reporting required for contribution programs.
Scope and run pilots/PoCs for priority benefits and awareness programs to validate value, data flows, and operational readiness.
Serve as the technical SME through implementation: configure plans, test data feeds, triage and resolve integration issues, and guide partners on best practices to ensure successful launches.
Own technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires; clearly represent our architecture, controls, and operational processes to partner IT, Security, and Benefits stakeholders.
Create enablement assets (sample requests, Postman collections, reference implementations) and improve internal/external documentation to streamline partner onboarding.
Act as voice of the customer: aggregate technical feedback, edge cases, and feature requests to inform Product and Engineering roadmaps.
Drive reliability and quality: define test plans, data validation checks, and monitoring for critical workflows (e.g., verifications, contributions, reimbursements).
Collaborate cross‑functionally to continuously reduce time‑to‑launch and improve partner and member outcomes across the SoFi at Work Dashboard and contribution programs.
