Achieve sales targets by representing DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and other SBD brands to end-user customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and service solutions.
Manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs for your assigned user responsibilities.
Mentor your local market team on end-user development, including identifying key contacts and aligning with local market teams and distributors.
Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
Utilize SalesForce.com as a CRM and planning tool to track activities, communicate results, and streamline processes.
Communicate successes and challenges to drive continuous improvement with key accounts and opportunities.
Travel within your territory (up to 50%) to engage with partners and customers.
Maintain strong knowledge of SBD products, programs, and market trends.
Support the execution of local and divisional market goals and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant construction field experience may substitute for higher education.
3+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, with a proven record of results and experience selling to high-level executives and jobsite directors preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50% within your territory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
