Requirements
Ability and desire to collaborate and work with teams throughout the organization to foster research and innovation
Ability to communicate technical data science concepts to various audiences, especially non data science experts
Passion for finding order and meaning in large, chaotic data sets an amorphous problem domains
Deep proficiency with Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn) and SQL for model development.
Knowledge of statistics (distributions, hypothesis testing, probability, etc.)
Proficiency of a few popular data science and visualization frameworks such at scikit-learn, plotly, pandas, and numpy, and the underlying statistics that drive them
Understanding of data engineering and proven experience with cloud deployment best practices
Prefers 3+ years of data science experience creating models, analyzing data and drawing conclusions, recommending next steps, and summarizing key results to stakeholders
A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience in AI/ML).
