About this role
Role Overview
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team of CAMs serving refinery and petrochemical customers
Set the operating rhythm for account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and value delivery
Build and execute multi-year strategies for priority enterprise accounts
Develop broad customer relationship maps across operations, reliability, engineering, utilities, procurement, and sustainability
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across utilities and wastewater applications
Lead executive-level customer conversations and Executive Business Reviews
Communicate value using ROI/TCO frameworks tied to customer KPIs (uptime, efficiency, compliance, cost-to-operate)
Oversee complex commercial pursuits including contracting, pricing strategy, and risk management
Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, technical service, R&D, digital, supply chain, and customer service
Support program implementation, performance verification, and safe, disciplined field execution
Bring market insights and customer feedback to product management and innovation teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field—or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in HPI, industrial water/process treatment, chemicals, or a related solutions environment
Proven experience leading enterprise accounts and high-impact commercial pursuits
People leadership experience (direct or matrix), with strong coaching skills
Strong commercial acumen across pricing, contracts, and risk management
Ability to engage effectively with refinery/petrochemical leadership and procurement
Willingness to travel frequently (40–60%)
Preferred Experience with refinery utility and wastewater systems (cooling water, boilers/steam, RO/DM, sour water/wastewater, polymers)
Familiarity with digital monitoring/analytics platforms
Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams, including supply chain and manufacturing
