Requirements
7+ years of progressively responsible experience leading provider credentialing, payer enrollment functions within a high-volume, multi-payer healthcare environment, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes
Deep provider credentialing & payer enrollment expertise at a healthcare company, with a strong understanding of ongoing regulatory requirements, payer variations, audits, government credentialing, etc.
Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams, including setting expectations, 1:1 coaching, and delivering performance feedback across operational functions
Proficiency utilizing Excel/GSheets, with an ability to create pivot tables, basic visualizations, VLOOKUPS to build, interpret, and act on complex datasets autonomously to tell accurate stories and drive business decisions
