The Process Analyst plays a critical role in designing, documenting, and optimizing operational processes that drive measurable business performance.
Lead cross-functional process discovery and design workshops.
Develop, implement, and refine operational KPIs aligned to strategic objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and process controls; recommend data-driven improvements.
Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows.
Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, standardized, and well-documented.
Build strong, productive relationships across departments and leadership levels.
Provide operational reporting, insights, and business intelligence to support decision-making.
Communicate process updates, enhancements, and governance standards clearly and effectively.
Develop expertise in core operational systems and team toolkits.
Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms) to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible process documentation across platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
4–6 years of experience in process analysis, business operations, or a related field.
Experience using industry-standard process documentation tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Exceptional communication, documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Confluence (knowledgebase development and governance).
Lucidchart (process mapping and visualization).
Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.
Smartsheet.
Experience in transportation technology or operational environments.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Skilled facilitator capable of driving productive process design sessions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Comfortable operating in a hybrid environment with remote collaboration.
