Assisting with general accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Helping with month-end close activities and financial reporting tasks
Assisting with banking, customer invoicing, and payment processing
Supporting the Finance team during the transition to a new ERP system (IFS Cloud)
Helping document processes and procedures related to accounting and finance operations
Providing administrative and analytical support to the Controlling and Accounting functions
Partnering with site finance and plant leadership to gain exposure to operational finance
Assisting with special projects
Completing additional tasks as assigned based on business priorities

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in learning operational and manufacturing finance
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
